Thank you for choosing to lodge your application with the City of Salisbury online.
This online service will close at 9pm on Thursday 18th March 2021 and Development Applications will then have to be lodged on the State Government SA Planning Portal from Friday 19th March 2021.

Please note that you will be directed through a total of five steps in order to submit your Development Application online and the process will take between 10 – 20 minutes.
- Confirm application type;
- Identify the property where the development is to be undertaken;
- Provide your name and contact details;
- Provide information about the development;
- Provide payment details and agree to the terms and conditions.
Please note the online lodgement system only applies to properties WITHIN the City of Salisbury.

What do I need before I start?
- Property address such as the street address or Certificate of Title number;
- Application documentation in one PDF file;
- EFTPOS details as lodgement cannot proceed without full payment of calculated fees;
- A completed Building Safely Near Powerlines Declaration Form
