Automated Registration
Customers who have a recent copy of their rate notice, or a debtor invoice, and who wish to register online to use City of Salisbury’s eServices, can use the eServices No. located on the document to complete the registration form below.
**Note** you will also be required to enter your Auto Registration Name and this must match the name details held on council's system. The format for the Auto Registration Name is your name in full including any middle names provided to Council
Please also be mindful when selecting a username as this information, once registered, will be printed on future rates notices and/or debtor invoices.
If you do not have access to your eServices No. you may register via the Manual Registration link located at the top of this screen. The manual registration process may take one to two business days.
